Davis County Citizens Police Academy
Davis County Citizen Police Academy starts on February 26th and lasts 15 weeks. Classes are held on Wednesdays from 6 to 9 p.m. The cost is $25, which includes a T-shirt.
Construction of I-15 Shepard Lane Interchange: The southbound I-15 off-ramp to Park Lane (Exit 325) will be closed nightly, Monday through Friday, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. starting Monday, Jan. 13, for up to three weeks.
As early as Monday, April 8, crews will begin installing structural supports or piles for the new North Station Lane bridge over I-15. This work will involve driving steel into the ground to provide stability and support for the foundation of the bridge. Those living near the project may experience increased noise and vibration for up to three months while this work occurs. Pile driving activities will occur Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
