Info: The adaptive recreation program is dedicated to providing an opportunity for people of all abilities to participate in sports and recreation. Each Monday night will be split in to two hours. 6pm to 7pm is for our younger age group (Elementary School). 7pm to 8pm is for our older age group (Jr. high and up). Ages are split based upon general age and participant ability. We we play basketball games in a pickup style format.

Class Description:
Music in Me is a singing group for boys and girls that provides opportunities to develop
self-confidence and team spirit through music education and performance. The focus is
on instilling positive messages through music while making friends and having fun! 
Weekly rehearsals incorporate hands-on activities and instruments to explore beat,
rhythm, pitch, dynamics, and expression. Children of all abilities are welcome to come
experience the magic of joining their voices with others to create something greater than
themselves.

The group will prepare a holiday show to share with families, friends and the
community.

In this 3 day long day camp style program children participate in a variety of sports and activities. Each day your child will have the opportunity to learn or play up to 3 sports or games. The last day of the week will consist of water activities so please have your children dress in clothing that can get wet.

Camp Info:
This camp will consist of 2 days of lessons and one track meet for a total of 3 days of activities.

Days 1 & 2:
Participants will be instructed in a variety of track and field events by the Farmington High School Track and Field Coach Ben Jacobson and his staff.

Day 3:
Each participant will select a few events to compete in for the track meet. They will compete against other camp participant of their own age. The winners of each event will receive ribbons. The meet events will be times with an automatic timer.

Each participant will receive a T-Shirt. (no size requests after 5/30/2023)
