Senior Pickleball

Senior League Introduction to Pickleball “This is an opportunity for those over the age of 65 to learn a new sport. Learn the rules and basic Pickleball game play.”
Tuesdays at 12pm-1:30pm
Senior League Beginners Pickleball 2.5 Skill: “These players have already learned the basics and are able to not only serve consistently but also return serves and dink with a high percentage success rate. As a player if you are able to control the ball well and purposefully direct a winning shot then please join our adult Pickleball leagues.”
Tuesdays at 1:30pm-3pm
Thursdays at 12:30pm-2pm

Pickleball Introduction Clinic: A one day clinic that is your opportunity to learn the basic rules of Pickleball.

Seniors will be using equipment such as weights, a ball, and exercise bands. We will be working on strength training, flexibility, balance, and cardio. A chair is provided for certain routines and for the participant to hold onto for stability if needed.
