Barre Fusion
This is a high intensity class that incorporates cardio resistance and core work to energetic music. Course movement is designed to improve muscle tone, balance and strength utilizing the use of weights, sliders, bands, balls and other diverse fitness equipment.

High Low
“A lower impact workout, HIGH Low offers impact progressions for every move that creates a steady state cardio workout tailored to the individual, by the individual. Highly adaptable to all fitness levels, this challenging format focuses on the steady state (or aerobic) training zone – the heart rate remains in a manageable yet constant and challenging, aerobic state for the majority of the class. Lower impact lends to less joint discomfort while still yielding those important mental health benefits and improving overall fitness and cardiovascular health. Cardio charged workout that is high energy and motivating. This is a high intensity interval training class that incorporates challenging cardio segments, resistance training and intense core work. Challenging body sculpting class designed to increase strength and muscle tone with the use of weight resistance.

3-2-1 HIIT
3-2-1 HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Each strength move is performed for 3 minutes (usually 1 minute on each side and then 1 minute of a combined move), cardio is performed for 2 minutes (2 exercises performed in 30 second increments) and the core workout is performed for 1 minute. Use modifications as you see fit. Bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity exercise. Combined with the Kenn’s excitement it’s a WIN-WIN recipe.
