Holiday Rental
All holiday rentals apply to all observed holidays – except for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, as the facility shall be closed and unavailable for those holidays.
The Rates are: (2 hour minimum)
Family event upstairs: Resident $85.00/hr. (Non-resident $170.00/hr.)
Family event basement: – Resident $70.00/hr. (Non-resident $140.00/hr.)
All other events – Upstairs: Resident $150.00/hr. (Non-resident $300.00/hr.)
All other events – Downstairs: Resident $140.00/hr. (Non-resident $280.00/hr.)
Custodial/Site Supervisor fee for the above holidays: $55.00/hr.
Cancellation Fee
If cancellation is made 30 days before the date scheduled for the use of the facilities, the City will refund all fees, less a $5 cancellation fee. If canceled 30 days before the reservation, the City will refund all expenses paid, less a $50 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled 14 days before the reservation, you forfeit the hourly expenses for the reservation and will have your deposit returned to you in full.

Full payment of all deposits and fees are required at the time of booking. Cancellations shall not be made less than 7 days before the reservation date in order to obtain a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 7 days advance notice will forfeit all fees paid, with the exception of cancellation due to bad weather or a lightning storm.

Use of amplified sound: $27.00/hr.
Use of City athletic fields and lights:$27.00

Pool Rental Refund Policy
If canceled before seven (7) days, there is a processing fee of $5. If you cancel as permitted in this section, the City shall refund the User any monies received, less the processing fee or cancellation fee. The cancellation fee shall be $50 to compensate the City for processing the cancellation and rescheduling of the Facilities.

Deposit Single Use: $60.00 plus 25%
Deposit for multiple days or tournaments: $300.00 plus 25%

Lighting Usage (must-have field rental to use lights): $20.00 per 1/hr

Deposit Single Use: $60.00 plus 25% of the rental fee
