All Night Parking
No person shall park a vehicle on any street within the jurisdiction of Farmington City during the period from December 1 to and including the last day of February, between the hours of one o’clock (1:00) A.M. and seven o’clock (7:00) A.M. if snow is accumulating on the street, or if any snow has accumulated on the street during the prior twenty-four (24) hours.
