Building Applications and Forms

In order to formally initiate the Building Permit process, an application will need to be submitted. All applications can be found below. Please click on a link to download a pdf version of the application. You will then be able to fill out the form on your computer and print it.

Please bring completed forms to the Building Department at City Hall or you may mail them.

Please submit COMPLETE all areas of the application form and include all plans and documents required. Incomplete or missing information will delay processing of the application.   Refer to the checklist in the packet to avoid omissions.
