Community Arts Center
Main Hall

Deposits (Refundable): Main Hall & Kitchen: $215.00

Rental Fees:

  • Main Hall (minimum of 2 hours) Cleaning and damage deposit (fully refundable) $215.00
    • Family Events: Resident $55.00/hr. (Non-resident: $110.00/hr.)
    • All other events: Resident $100.00/hr. (Non-resident $200.00/hr.)
    • Extra Options
      • One Microphone CD and iPod hookup: $11.00/hr.
      • Sound and Light Technician: $35.00/hr.
  • Kitchen (minimum of 2 hours):
    • Resident $15.00/hr. (Non-resident: $15.00/hr.)

Multi-Purpose Room

Multi-Purpose Room (including sound and kitchen): Minimum of 2 hours required
Deposit (Refundable): $80.00

  • Family Events: Resident $35.00/hr. (Non-resident: $70.00/hr.)
  • All other events: Resident $60.00/hr. (Non-resident: $120.00/hr.)

Entire Basement with sound: $43.00/hr.

  • Resident: $43.00/hr., (Non-resident: $86.00/hr.)
  • The ceramics room is not available
Classroom

Deposits (Refundable): Classrooms 1&2, 3&4: $55.00

Rental Fees: (2 hour minimum)
Family Events: Resident $20.00/hr. (Non-resident $40.00/hr.)
All other Events: Resident $30.00/hr. (Non-resident $60.00/hr.)

Holiday Rental

All holiday rentals apply to all observed holidays – except for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, as the facility shall be closed and unavailable for those holidays.

The Rates are: (2 hour minimum)
Family event upstairs: Resident $85.00/hr. (Non-resident $170.00/hr.)
Family event basement: – Resident $70.00/hr. (Non-resident $140.00/hr.)
All other events – Upstairs: Resident $150.00/hr. (Non-resident $300.00/hr.)
All other events – Downstairs: Resident $140.00/hr. (Non-resident $280.00/hr.)
Custodial/Site Supervisor fee for the above holidays: $55.00/hr.

Cancellation Fee

If cancellation is made 30 days before the date scheduled for the use of the facilities, the City will refund all fees, less a $5 cancellation fee. If canceled 30 days before the reservation, the City will refund all expenses paid, less a $50 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled 14 days before the reservation, you forfeit the hourly expenses for the reservation and will have your deposit returned to you in full.

1/2 Basketball Court (E/W): $38.00 per 1 hr., (Non-Resident, $60.00 per 1 hr.)
Single Hoop (Single Pickleball Court): $13.00 per 1 hr., (Non-Resident, $20.00 per 1 hr.)
Multipurpose Room: $38.00 per 1 hr., (Non-Resident, $60.00 per 1 hr.)

Outdoor Courts

Pickleball Courts: $12.00 per 2hr for Residents/ $14.00 per 2hr Non-Residents
(Courts 1 and 2 are the only courts available to reserve.)

Additional Fees

iPod, CD, and Mic Hook up: $15.00, (Non-Resident, $25.00)
Score Controller: $15.00, (Non-Resident, $25.00)
Table and Chair Setup and take down: $15.00, (Non-Resident, $25.00)

Food Truck Deposit: $110.00

Full payment of all deposits and fees are required at the time of booking. Cancellations shall not be made less than 7 days before the reservation date in order to obtain a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 7 days advance notice will forfeit all fees paid, with the exception of cancellation due to bad weather or a lightning storm.

Use of amplified sound: $27.00/hr.
Use of City athletic fields and lights:$27.00
Electricity for WOODLAND LAWN area: $27.00
Band(s) with amplified sound: $100.00
Extra electricity amusement devices: $27.00/hr.
Food Trucks: $27.00 + $110.00 deposit for each truck

Pool Rental Refund Policy

If canceled before seven (7) days, there is a processing fee of $5. If you cancel as permitted in this section, the City shall refund the User any monies received, less the processing fee or cancellation fee. The cancellation fee shall be $50 to compensate the City for processing the cancellation and rescheduling of the Facilities.

Stand Alone Fields (Field Use)

Deposit Single Use:  $60.00 plus 25%
Deposit for multiple days or tournaments: $300.00 plus 25%
Rental Fee : $30.00 per hour/per field
Lighting Usage (must-have field rental to use lights): $20.00 per 1/hr
Field Prep: $40.00 per field/per 1-time prep

Fourplex (Field Use)

Deposit Single Use:  $60.00 plus 25% of the rental fee
Deposit for multiple days or tournaments: $300.00 plus 25% of the rental fee
Rental Fee: $30.00 per hour/per field
Lighting Usage (must-have field rental to use lights): $20.00 per 1/hr
Field Prep(Single Field): $40.00 per field/per 1-time prep
Tournament (4 fields/includes lights and 1 site supervisor): $540.00
Upstairs Use of Crow’s Nest: $40.00 per hour/per 1 staff
City Staff Crow’s Nest (Score Keeper): $24.00 per 1 hr/1 staff/1 field
Baseball Mound Weekday Rental: $30.00 per 1 mound/1 field
Baseball Mound Weekend Rental: $54.00 per 1 mound/1 field
Baseball/Softball Homerun Line Painted on Field in place of Homerun Fence: $54.00 per field

Deposit (Tournament or other large-scale events): $150.00
Soccer Field (Painting Setup):  $110.00/per time
Soccer Weekly Painting Maintenance: $65.00/if needed
