All debris must be at the curb before April 7th. The city will not be split in half this year. The clean up will be completed by April 18th, 2025.
A street sweeper will pass through neighborhoods after the clean up is completed. The sweeper cannot pick up limbs or twigs over 6 inches ling because they plug the vacuum hose. Once clean up crews have finished in front of your residence, please rake up the limbs and twigs in your gutter and throw them in your garbage can. This will hep the sweeper be more efficient.
Collected debris is mulched at the Central Davis Sewer District Treatment Plant.
RULES:
-Residential limbs and branches only
-Maximum branch size is 8 inches in diameter and 4 feet in length
-Pile size may not exceed 8 feet long, 4 feet wide and 4 feet high
-Only ONE pile per residence will be picked up
-Limbs stacked in the same direction allow for increased volume in the pile
-No root-balls or stumps will be picked up
-All debris must be at the curb BEFORE April 7th
-Collection trucks will only drive by your home ONCE
