Impact Fees

Impact fees are charged to new development to help pay for expansions of infrastructure needed to address the impact of that new development. In order to impose impact fees, an impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) and impact fee analysis (IFA) must be prepared and presented to the City Council for consideration. The following documents have been adopted by the City Council to support the impact fees:
