North Station Business Park
The City has been working with several property owners for over a year in trying to better plan for our business park area. This is for most of the undeveloped land north of Station Park and West of I-15 all the way to the DR&G Trail. This is a few hundred acres that will take many years to build out. It is important we plan for this area in an organized fashion. Some of the property owners received zoning rights many years ago and some are processing through current development applications. The Council has adopted a sub-area masterplan for the area to better guide future development decisions.
